Turning 15 is a big step in any girls life, that is why a Quinceañera is so important. The Main Hall is the perfect space to host such events. The hall holds 150- 450 people comfortably, allowing for all of the birthday girl’s family and friends to attend. There is space for table and seating which can be decorated to match any party theme as well as an opportunity to make space for a dance floor and DJ. Not only is the space very versatile to match any party needs, it is also reasonably priced allowing for money to be spent elsewhere making your Quinceañera one to remember!

Wedding Receptions

After you say your “I Do’s” you need a place to celebrate! The Main Hall is the perfect place to celebrate love with your friends and family. There is ample space for caterers, tables and chairs seating 150-450, a DJ and room for a dance floor! Also included is access to a kitchen, making it easier for caterers. Compared to other Lubbock venues, The Main Hall is very affordable and the price for the space and location is an absolute steal! If you book your reception with us you can save money and make your honeymoon even sweeter!

Family Reunions

Whether it is an annual get together or a 5 or 10 year reunion The Main Hall is a great space to host a family reunion. There is a kitchen available for use so all your family’s favorite recipes can be prepared and shared together. There is room to set up table to share meals, play games or simply catch up. There is plenty of space for kids to play together, dance or play tag.

Corporate Parties

Looking to try a new venue for your corporate holiday party or annual get together? The Main Hall is an excellent choice. We keep rate’s down so it is affordable to rent out a large space, for a long time without breaking the budget. We can set up table and chair arrangements to accommodate anywhere from 150-450 people and also have space for caterers or a potluck buffet!

Rehearsal Dinners

Before your big day, a large venue for friends and family to share a meal together after everything is prepped and ready to go for the wedding can be relaxing and help brush off the wedding day nerves. The Main Hall is an excellent space to do just that! We have our own kitchen on site for you or your caterers use. There are tables and chairs which we will set up to accommodate the amount of people attending your rehearsal dinner. You’ve planned enough, make it easier on yourself and choose The Main Hall for your rehearsal dinner, we want to make it as easy as possible!

Business Meetings

Do you work for a large company or have company employees coming into town from all over but need a space for everyone to meet? The Main Hall can accommodate large business groups. We have tables and chairs to seat anywhere from 150-450 people and plenty of white painted walls if you need to project a PowerPoint or any other form of media onto the wall. There is a kitchen to be used by your company or caterers if you choose to have food at your business event. By choosing The Main Hall, you’ll have one less thing to consider in budget because our prices are so reasonable.

Lubbock Banquet Hall Rental Details

The Main Hall can comfortably seat from 150 to 450 people. With ample parking and an ideal location, Main Hall is perfect for your next event,  perfect for that elegant wedding reception,  parties, quinceañeras, family reunions,  corporate luncheon, dinner or fundraiser for both members and non-members; this room sets the tone for a spectacular event.  The Main Hall is owned and operated by the Columbus Club.  The Knights of Columbus Council #3008 is not responsible for any rental and all event booking must be reserved through the Columbus Club.


We have set a very reasonable and competitive rental fee of $2000/day.

The Columbus Club reserves the right to refuse use of the Hall to any person or group.

A $500.00 non-refundable Booking Fee is required with this Application.

An additional refundable $500.00 damage deposit is required at the time of the final payment. If no damage is detected, this will be returned within 30 days of the event.

Your rental fee includes the following:

a. Security – Two uniformed security guards will be provided.

b. Tables & Chairs – Up to 450 people can be seated.

c. Kitchen – Use of the kitchen on the south end is permitted.

Clean up after the event, is done by the Columbus Club Association. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy: Should you choose to cancel your event, the booking fee of $500.00 will not be refunded. However, you may transfer to an alternative date within one year if desired.
